you can do this in two way enter mobile number manually separated by comma or click get contact button and select contact from the list and finally you have to click set number.
and now shake .
Both of them sender or receiver installed this app to get alert message and you also have working Internet and have balance to send sms.
so when u shake it will enable mobile data ,if wifi is not connected and send a sms.and also when some get alert and click on it,it will enable mobile data if wifi is not connected .
It simply cost a sms as per your telecom provider and we are not responsible for message delay.
